- Executing a social media vision to drive customer engagement via social media channels unique to each client (featuring both B2C and B2B audiences).
- Cultivating an online community by ideating and editing a social media strategy, attaining buy-in from revelant marketing service managers.
- Managing, developing, and executing social media content strategy, content development and calendar (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly).
- Content tone should reflect the brand persona for each client and represent their unique voice.
- Social posts should be educational, engaging, and entertaining and consist of graphics, GIF’s, long and short videos, polling questions etc.
- Increasing social media following. Focus on creating custom social media marketing plans to drive traction, including: Utilising social advertising; Website retargeting and audience segmentation.
- Working with each client to develop social media ambassadors and content contributors.
- Developing content that excites and engages the audience and encourages User Generated Content.
- Reviewing analytics to derive and utilise insights to improve ongoing campaign performance.
- Researching and communicating client success stories, projects, products and innovations as part of ongoing content plans.
