Inherent requirements:
- Grade 12
- 2–3 years’ experience in high-volume data capture and documentation management
- Intermediate Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ensure the efficient registration of delegates on day of training
- Update delegate demographics on Student Database
- Perform administrative duties including but not limited to capturing data, filing, scanning, and issue certificate and Operator cards
- Create and manage bookings according to processes applicable to Branch.
- Check that Learner Packs have been correctly completed by delegates and facilitators
- Assist with problem-solving to achieve a resolution and customer satisfaction
- Ensure that Company reports are generated and submitted as required
- Provide information regarding products and services offered by KBC or for the Corporate Client
- Ability to work efficiently and professionally under pressure
- Must be able to work unsupervised and independently while always living out the Company’s values
- Promotes a customer-centric work ethic at all times
- Must be solutions-driven
- Uncompromising on work accuracy and meeting deadlines
