Renewal Specialist

The Renewal Specialist plays a crucial role in reducing supplier customer attrition rates and overseeing the processing of all supplier customer cancellation requests. This includes collecting outstanding debts from these supplier customers. In addition to this, the Renewal Specialist will proactively monitor accounts to ensure that existing clients continue to utilize Tungsten services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customers who wish to cancel their contract to investigate the reason for cancellation and collect any outstanding monies.
• Prepare and send accurate reports on a weekly basis to buyer customers and colleagues when clarification is required.
• Analyze data gathered to identify suppliers who are at risk of cancellation.
• Contact supplier customers whose usage of the system has decreased.
• Identify and report any issues causing decreases in supplier transaction activities.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

This role requires strong communication and analytical skills to ensure effective collaboration with internal teams and external customers. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving abilities and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
