We are seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff to work directly with our leadership team, driving operational efficiency, strategic alignment, and organizational growth. Role Overview As the Chief of Staff , you will ensure that company priorities are executed effectively. You will drive cross-functional projects, oversee critical processes, and act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team to accelerate growth. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, solutions-oriented professional to play a pivotal role in scaling an innovative start-up. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution
- Partner with the CEO to define and implement strategic initiatives and business priorities.
- Track progress on key objectives and ensure alignment across departments.
- Analyze operational data to provide actionable insights for growth.
- Identify inefficiencies and optimize processes across the company.
- Develop frameworks and systems to scale operations as the organization grows.
- Oversee key projects from inception to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO, leadership team, and employees to improve communication.
- Facilitate executive meetings, track decisions, and ensure follow-through on action items.
- Assist in building a high-performance culture through accountability and leadership support.
- Support strategic client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Partner with Marketing, Operations and Execution teams to improve client acquisition and retention.
- Develop market research reports and real estate trend analysis to guide business decisions.
- Take ownership of high-impact projects across operations, growth, and process improvements.
- Drive initiatives related to investor relations, fundraising, and partnerships as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field with an MBA/ Equivalent from top pedigree.
- Min 8 years of experience in consulting, operations, or a leadership support role (experience in start-ups, real estate, or management consulting is preferred).
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data modelling tools, and project management software.
- Excellent EQ with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment.
