Role & Responsibilities:-
- Identify potential prospects requiring AI-based solutions or software development services.
- Research and analyze market trends to align with target customer profiles.
- Generate and qualify leads using multiple channels, including cold calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Develop relationships with prospects to understand their pain points and propose tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the business development team to craft compelling proposals.
- Manage and maintain a CRM database with updated lead and sales activities.
- Consistently meet or exceed enquiry generation and lead conversion targets.
- Experience working with a software development or AI services company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
- 4-5 years in inside sales , experienced with international markets is an addon.
- Proven track record of generating inquiries and leads
- Strong expertise in lead generation and enquiry creation for B2B clients.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and software development processes.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyse customer requirements and align them with available solutions.
- Understanding of industry trends and market needs in AI and technology sectors.
