- 5-10 years Proven experience as a Performance Test Engineer or similar role
- Proficiency in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) and scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python).
- Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with performance monitoring and profiling tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas
