Job description ABOUT THE JOB Collaborate closely with a team of developers, integrators, and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle. Produce detailed design specifications referencing global design standards. Develop, implement, and perform unit testing for subsystems or interfaces, ensuring code quality and reliability. Provide technical support during system integration tests, user acceptance tests, and other operational phases. Ensure best practices and compliance in software development processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and product quality. Work on cutting-edge product development and the successful delivery of innovative projects. ABOUT YOU Minimum years of experience in object-oriented software development. At least 3 years of expertise in software architecture and design using open-source technologies. Proficiency in Java EE, JSON, Hibernate/Spring Framework, and Angular JS. Familiarity with open-source technologies like Kubernetes, Kafka, Drools, JBPS, and Elastic Stack. Experience in writing design documentation and applying object-oriented software design principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven leadership in managing and mentoring a team of developers. Degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, adaptable, and a team-oriented individual capable of thriving under pressure.
