Primary Role: The primary role of a service engineer is to ensure the proper installation, maintenance, and functionality of Micro Imaging instruments, particularly high-end microscopes and advanced imaging tools & softwares. The incumbent will be responsible for setting up the equipment, calibrating it for optimal performance, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, and performing regular maintenance to prevent system failures. Job Description: ● Responsible for performing installation, calibration, validation, and commissioning of instruments. ● Responsible for instrument troubleshooting, maintenance, service, and repairs at the customer site. This is crucial to ensure the continuous operation of equipment and systems. ● Proven experience in achieving Service and spare part targets within an assigned territory. ● Provide support to customers all over north India on Instrument Operation on site as well as remotely. ● Maintain a calendar for preventive Maintenance visits, performing without causing delay and attending service calls from customers. ● Assisting customers on instrument handling operations and smooth functioning softwares. Job Specification: Candidates should have: ● Experience of handling Medical devices, especially High end & advance imaging equipment & devices. ● Should have a good customer service attitude ● Willingness to travel extensively across the region ● Self-starter with minimum assistance needed in performing the task ● Problem solving attitude Qualification: BSc/MSc, B.Tech/M.Tech from Biosciences or Life Sciences or Electronics & Telecommunication or Electric &Electronics or Biomedical Engineering Experience- 2 to 5 Years Additional Skills (If Any): ● Preferably from Medical Equipment industry ● Ability to learn fast ● Team Player
