AI/ML Enginners

Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions for a wide range of enterprise applications. • Implement state-of-the-art techniques in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP). • Build scalable systems, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Chatbots, Fine-tuning, and AI Agents. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect solutions, optimize infrastructure, and operationalize AI systems. • Research emerging trends and integrate innovative methodologies into our solutions. • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to other team members. Requirements • Proven experience in building and deploying AI/ML models at scale. • Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Nodejs or similar frameworks. • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. • Experience with tools and technologies like LangChain, Hugging Face, or OpenAI APIs is a plus. • Knowledge of ML operations (MLOps), including model monitoring, optimization, and deployment. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
