Role Overview: Cognecto is seeking a Engineering Graduate with a keen interest in business development to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad . This role is strictly on-site, requiring 5 days a week in the office, with 30% travel to client sites . The role is open to freshers and provides 100 hours of training to equip you with essential skills, including basic knowledge of software. Travel expenses for this role will be reimbursed as per industry standards. Additionally, business development managers are eligible for sales incentive compensation, offering an opportunity for additional rewards based on performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the mining and construction sectors.
- Travel to client locations (approximately 30% of the time) to identify and explore new business opportunities, promoting Cognecto’s solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and present tailored solutions that align with their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and execute sales strategies.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and showcase Cognecto’s offerings.
- Provide feedback to the product team to ensure solutions remain aligned with market demands.
- Achieve business development goals and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required).
- Freshers with a strong understanding of mining operations and industry challenges are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of software applications (training will be provided).
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, with travel expenses reimbursed as per industry standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
