What you'll be doing: Quality Assurance Support: Assist in conducting audits of exchange inventory to ensure compliance with brand-safe advertising practices. Learn to identify and address issues related to ad-serving and platform functionality. Client Support Assistance: Provide support in addressing inquiries and requests from the sales team through Freshdesk. Learn to troubleshoot ad-serving issues and provide guidance to stakeholders as directed by senior team members. Training and Development Participation: Participate in training sessions on processes and best practices to enhance your understanding of platform quality initiatives. Proactively seek opportunities to learn and develop new skills. Research and Analysis: Support research efforts to analyze advertising laws, regulations, and industry developments globally. Learn to interpret regulatory requirements and contribute insights to support compliance efforts. Reporting and Data Entry: Assist in the preparation of reports detailing key metrics related to platform quality. Learn to work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data entry. Platform Maintenance Support: Aid in maintaining data hygiene, record-keeping, and troubleshooting activities to support platform integrity and functionality. Learn to identify and address technical issues under the guidance of senior team members. What you’ll bring to the table: Educational Background: Recent graduate with some working experience. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify patterns. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is a plus. Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate with stakeholders. Interest in Industry: A keen interest in online advertising and a desire to learn about industry trends and technologies. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support colleagues in achieving team goals.
