LINCOLN RECRUITMENT | Senior CSA Quantity Surveyor

Were hiring an experienced Senior CSA Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a leading provider of turnkey data centre solutions, delivering high-profile projects across Europe. This role is based in Ballymount, Dublin, and focuses on pre-construction estimating for large-scale data centre projects. Our client specializes in managing all aspects of data centre delivery, including civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical services. With multiple projects currently underway across seven European countries, they are a trusted partner in the industry. Key Responsibilities Prepare estimates and pre-construction budgets based on project drawings and specifications. Manage quantities and create detailed pricing documents. Source and evaluate pricing from subcontractors and suppliers across Ireland and Europe. Use comparative spreadsheets to analyse bids and justify subcontractor selections. Maintain and update the cost database and regional metrics. Present estimates to the Estimating Director and senior leadership team. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and design engineers. Stay updated with industry developments and contribute to high-quality standards in pre-construction procedures. Ensure compliance with safety and quality assurance standards throughout all documentation. Requirements A background in Quantity Surveying or Estimating with at least 8 years of experience, preferably in pre-construction. A third-level degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and QS tools such as Buildsoft or CostX. Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). Valid Safe Pass card and a full Irish Driving Licence. Skills: Senior CSA Quantity
