What the role is: You will be part of the Resources team in the Transformation & Resources Department. The team oversees capability building, staff engagement, finance and procurement support, registry management and operation and logistic support, in ensuring smooth operation for the Division. Your work portfolio will involve working closely with vendors, senior management and internal stakeholders to ensure processes are put in place and adhere to Ministry’s guidelines. What you will be working on: Implement and strengthen the governance, systems and processes of records management (RM) in the Division. Manage the assigned administrative functions and work areas for records management, records appraisals, housekeeping and updating of file plan, etc and ensure that all files comply with the retention policy. Manage the deposit and movement of case exhibits as well as compliance/performance bond documents. Ensure proper documentation and the transactions involved in handing and taking over the exhibits or bond documents. Manage Division’s assets and vehicles; ensure accountability and tracking of utilisation. Review, develop and implement improvements for work processes and systems related to corporate administration and monitor utilisation of budget. Raise procurement requests for Division which includes collation of needs from various stakeholders and working with vendors. Support the team in other functions if required. What we are looking for: 2 years of work experience preferred. Can translate high-level strategy into executable plans. Good analytical, problem-solving skills and strong time management skills, including the ability to adapt, manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet tight timelines. Good written and oral communication skills. Good interpersonal skills and strong team player. Self-motivated and able to work independently, proactive, resourceful with good initiative and positive attitude.
