Key Responsibilities: Source, attract, select and hire Consultants whom you can lead to succeed Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team goals Foster a positive and collaborative team culture Discuss and follow-up corrective actions with poor performing members Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and expectations Lead in identifying and qualifying potential Key Accounts to capture, develop and grow Independently manage and close assignments Implement internal & change initiatives on processes & operational improvements Motivate and encourage team members' participation in any Company events Requirements: Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
