Electrolux Professional Group | Regional Pre-Sales Specialist

We are looking for a Regional Pre-Sales Specialist who can provide necessary support by managing the data for new projects and can work closely with the team to understand the customers' requirements. Responsibilities ABOUT YOUR TASKS: Read and understand drawings and tender documentation. Manage and collect data in order to estimate projects. Execute the preliminary draft and drawings based on customer project information. Carry out the final design and go through all detailed technical drawings needed for the engineering design of facilities. Define final commercial offer. Cooperate with and involve all other departments including project management, purchasing, sales, back office, and external stakeholders. Visit the site and maintain connection with the customer. Provide an excellent level of customer service. Prioritize work and urgent requests. Support the Sales Units during the examination and further discussion of projects with customers. Work closely with sales/customers to understand and capture requirements. Provide basic technical support during the implementation of equipment. Issue proposals/quotations regarding projects or non-projects business. Respond to customers following requests for information and proposals. Provide ongoing support for customers post-implementation. Generate reports required by management. Qualifications ABOUT YOU Technical Diploma or University Degree in Architecture/Engineering. Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar environment. Food equipment and market knowledge. Good communication and networking skills. Ability to work in a multicultural/multinational team. Very good knowledge of CAD applications (Autocad 2D, Revit & Autocad 3D will be considered a plus); good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and related Apps (SharePoint, One Drive, Teams, Planner, etc.). Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Acrobat Reader.
