Responsibilities Strategise, execute and regularly review current HR policies and procedures to enhance internal governance and efficiency. Continuous improvement of current HR processes by identifying key areas to optimize and drive new policy updates. Identify potential risks and recommend improvements to mitigate potential issues. Coordinate internal audits for the HR department to ensure compliance with company SOPs. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure audit findings are addressed and corrective actions are implemented. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance. Perform ad hoc duties when required. Requirements Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Finance, or related disciplines. 2 to 4 years of related working experience. Prior experience in auditing or in the risk & governance related space, preferably within Human Resources departments. Strong knowledge of policy development, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance. Ability to manage stakeholders of various levels.
