We are on the hunt for a Data Product Manager to join our vibrant team and steer the development of data-driven B2 B applications within the airline ticketing sector. About this role Atlas is seeking a Data Product Manager with a strong background in data commercialization and product management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging data insights to empower our customers. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute product strategies that harness data to enhance our customers' usage, ensuring they are customer-centric and goal-oriented. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and iterate on data-driven user interfaces that improve customer interaction and satisfaction. Conduct in-depth market research using data analytics to understand B2 B customer behavior and preferences, focusing on customer experience principles. Manage the product lifecycle, utilizing data to inform decisions from conception through launch and post-launch analysis. Apply data analytics to measure the effectiveness of product enhancements and optimize product performance. Ensure that all product initiatives are informed by data insights and consider both user experience and technical feasibility. Key Qualifications & Experiences Proven experience as a Data Product Manager, with a demonstrable track record of consumer-facing products. Strong command of the English language; proficiency in Chinese is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and diverse environment. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Experience with data warehousing, data lakes, and big data technologies. Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence principles. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with product management methodologies, such as Agile or Lean. Familiarity with the airline ticketing industry.
