Our solutions offer great user experience, high performance, and scalability from basic individual fixture controls to industrial-scale solutions with cloud-based remote control, monitoring, and data logging Responsibilities: Customer Sales Support: Handle NDA/Agreement signings, support qualifying partners, assist in identifying potential engagements, and arrange meetings. Shipping & Logistics: Manage regional consigned inventory, local inventory, and shipping. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to forecast inventory needs. Order Processing: Process orders and invoices, conduct inventory checks, and place orders with external vendors. Office Administration: Oversee maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands. Organize meetings, maintain office policies, and manage relationships with vendors and service providers. Event Planning: Participate in planning and executing company events, organize orientation and training for new staff, and manage leave balances and petty cash. Qualifications: Proven experience in office management, administration, or as an assistant. Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Netsuite experience is advantage. Knowledge of accounting, data, and administrative management practices is a plus. Location: Singapore Why Join Us?
