What impact you will have As an Account Executive at Submer, you will be at the forefront of cultivating sustainable relationships with our clients. Your unique ability to empathise and boldly address their needs will be invaluable in making sense of complex challenges and ensuring reliable solutions. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our market presence and growth. What you’ll do Develop and maintain robust client relationships while promoting our sustainable and innovative solutions. Identify and strategically pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth globally. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver bespoke solutions that align with client needs and our company values. Provide reliable and prompt support to resolve client issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Deliver comprehensive reports and insights that will influence company-wide decision-making. What you ́ll need Proven experience in a client-facing sales role, preferably in the technology or data solutions sector. Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions to a diverse audience. Strong negotiation skills coupled with empathy and a client-focused mindset. Track record of making bold, strategic decisions to advance client interests in line with business objectives. Adaptability and reliability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
