Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent, specifically in the field of Cyber Security. This role requires a deep understanding of cyber security roles and the ability to identify and attract highly skilled professionals. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles for cyber security roles.
  • Create and publish job ads on various platforms, including niche cyber security job boards.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media).
  • Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and technical leads to schedule interviews.
  • Update interview feedback on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Handle weekly vendor calls and share feedback with agencies regarding their candidates.
  • Manage employee referrals and ensure timely processing.
  • Maintain and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly Talent Acquisition (TA) reports.
  • Collect feedback from interviewers and guide the decision-making process.
  • Handle job offer discussions with selected candidates.
  • Maintain a candidate database and prepare recruitment reports.
  • Stay up to date with new technologies and incorporate that knowledge into talent searches.
  • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals.
  • Conduct background checks and reference checks as required.
  • Contribute to the overall improvement of the recruitment process and strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, specifically in Cyber Security hiring.
  • Strong understanding of cyber security roles and skills.
  • Certifications in Cyber Security (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP) are a plus.
  • Experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, video, in-person).
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
