Number Of Vacancy: 1 Relevant Field: Others Nature: Contract Deadline: 20 Dec 2024 Contract Period: 01 Feb 2025 to 31 Jan 2026 (12 months) Payroll under: InfoTech Employer Business: Government T26 Contract Location Base: Eastern, Central and Western district, and any other areas in Hong Kong subject to operational need Monthly Salary Range: HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26): System Development and Maintenance

Duties:

  1. Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LD;
  2. Design program logic, plan and coordinate for the changes and enhancement;
  3. Perform server and database administration;
  4. Conduct quality review for system enhancements;
  5. Perform procurement of hardware, software and services;
  6. Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by supervisors;
  7. May work in various locations, including Eastern, Central and Western district, and any other area in Hong Kong;
  8. May be redeployed to provide IT support for other divisions/systems/projects in the future.

Requirements:

  1. Must have experience in MS ASP.NET;
  2. Must have experience in Oracle RDBMS;
  3. Must have experience in SQL;
  4. Must have experience in Web Services;
  5. Must have work experience in the Government;
  6. Experience in Crystal Report is highly desirable;
  7. Experience in JavaScript Programming is highly desirable;
  8. Experience in using JQuery and Ajax is highly desirable;
  9. Work experience in the Labour Department is desirable;
  10. Interview will be conducted in both Cantonese and English;
  11. Written test may be required during the interview.

Technical Skills:

  1. At least 3 years' experience in MS ASP.NET (MSA);
  2. At least 3 years' experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB);
  3. At least 3 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL);
  4. At least 3 years' experience in Web Services (WSV);
  5. 3 years' experience in Crystal Report (CRE) is an advantage;
  6. 3 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP) is an advantage.

Non-technical Skill:

  1. At least 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV).
  2. Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
  3. At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
