We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced GYM INSTRUCTOR to join the luxury fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working in 5-star hotels or high-end fitness facilities and possess relevant certifications. The Gym Instructor will provide exceptional training services, tailored fitness programs, and foster a positive, engaging, and personalized experience for the guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead customized training programs tailored to individual guest needs and goals.
• Conduct fitness assessments, personal training sessions, and group classes with an emphasis on exceptional service and professionalism.
• Ensure the gym and fitness areas maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
• Engage and motivate guests, offering fitness tips and advice while promoting a healthy lifestyle.
• Stay updated with industry trends and latest training techniques to enhance the fitness experience for guests.
• Collaborate with the spa and wellness team to provide a seamless, holistic wellness experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Gym Instructor or Personal Trainer in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end fitness center.
• Certified fitness trainer qualifications (such as ACE, NASM, or equivalent).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on providing exemplary guest service.
• Professional appearance and attitude, with a passion for fitness and wellness.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
