SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about gaming and esports who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Social Media Manager, you will support the execution of engaging content strategies, assist in managing social communities, and contribute to building our presence across multiple platforms. RESPONSIBILITIES Content Creation and Scheduling: Assist in creating and scheduling high-quality, engaging content in English and Arabic that aligns with the brand’s goals and tone. Gaming-Focused Content: Support the production of content tailored to the gaming and esports community, including memes, live-stream updates, and gameplay highlights. Community Management: Actively engage with the gaming community by responding to comments, facilitating discussions, and encouraging user-generated content to foster strong online relationships. Event Support: Assist in promoting and covering gaming events, product launches, and esports tournaments in real time across social channels. Platform Management: Help maintain a consistent presence across social media platforms, including Twitch, ensuring scheduled streams and events are promoted effectively. Monitoring and Listening: Monitor social media channels for trends, community feedback, and potential issues, providing insights to the Social Media Manager. Localization Support: Adapt global content for local audiences, ensuring cultural sensitivity and brand consistency. Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking performance metrics and preparing reports to evaluate the success of social media activities and suggest improvements. Requirements Passion for Gaming: A deep understanding and love for gaming and esports, keeping up with industry trends and key community figures. Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and Arabic to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Social Media Expertise: Knowledge of major social media platforms (Twitch experience is a bonus) and trends, with the ability to adapt content strategies accordingly. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with a keen eye for detail and tone. Collaborative Spirit: A team player with a proactive attitude, ready to assist and collaborate across teams. Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to events and activations as required. WHAT YOU BRING A strong interest in digital media and community engagement. Experience in social media management, preferably within the gaming or esports industry. A creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
