We are looking for a senior graphic designer to create and manage digital and print designs for our marketing needs. The senior graphic designer's responsibilities include managing all graphic design tasks, refining projects and drafts, and generating creative ideas.To be successful as a senior graphic designer, you should have extensive knowledge of graphic design, styles, and techniques. You should also have experience in implementing marketing campaigns.Ultimately, an excellent senior graphic designer will ensure that the design team promotes the vision of the company through high-quality graphic content.Experience:Senior Graphic Designer: +5 years (Required)Responsibilities:Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter.Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas.Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality.Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices.Preferred Qualifications:Proven working experience as Senior Graphic Director.Hands on experience with logo design, typography, colour, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design.Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools.Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well.Team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
