Program Development Consultant - Youth Employment Soft Skills (Pakistan)July 1, 2024 | CanadaThe Aga Khan Foundation is recruiting a Program Development Consultant - Youth Employment Soft Skills based in Pakistan.As the Program Development Consultant - Youth Employment Soft Skills, the successful candidate will be responsible to:Develop a Youth Employment Soft Skills (YESS) and Work Readiness package, drawing on the Aga Khan Foundation's Youth Entrepreneurship and Employable Skills (YES) program package and other relevant programs.Develop a YESS Facilitators Manual, drawing on YES.Refine the YES pre-/post-assessment tools to evaluate learners' acquisition of the intended competencies.Deliver virtual training to YESS facilitators from partner organizations on the delivery of YESS content using participatory and active learning methods.The deadline to apply is Friday, July 12.About the AgencyThe Aga Khan Foundation is a leading global development organisation working to tackle the root causes of poverty.
