You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to our success.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using a variety of recruitment tools and techniques.Conduct interviews and assessments to determine candidate fit for specific roles.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.Job SpecificationQualifications:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the IT Sector.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.Strong organizational and time management skills.Results-oriented with a focus on achieving recruitment goals.
