Call Center Agents Drive Tech Services , Pakistan You will be responsible for answering calls, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.Fluency in English is a requirement for this US-based position. If you are a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills in English language, we would love to hear from you!Job SpecificationAnswer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments or individuals.Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously, providing accurate information about our products or services.Manage and update the CRM system, ensuring all customer data is accurate and up to date.Assist with organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.Collaborate with various teams within the organization to resolve customer issues and address their needs.Generate reports and provide insights on customer interactions and trends to support business decision-making.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in Calling in US Market or customer service is a plus.Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role, with excellent telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant office software.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry and customer information management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a friendly and professional phone manner.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude.
