Assistant Manager IT Compliance

Devsinc is looking for a passionate Assistant Manager IT Compliance to join its dynamic team.Responsibilities:Planning and preparing organization for ISO standardsLiaison with internal team for deep understanding of internal processes and defining the SOPs accordinglyPrior experience of working SBP and/or SECP and/or ISO/PCI standards is a mustPreparation for compliance, finding and filling observations, fixing the issuesCross department coordination and resolving the conflictsConducting internal audit, issuance of regular compliance reports and managing external auditsWorking knowledge and experience of compliance with IT, Datacenters, Developers, Engineering and Operation departmentsMaintaining compliance and observation dashboardConducting Security Awareness Training and managing internal security awareness broadcastsStrong follow up, dispute resolution and doer approachAudit & Compliance experience is a must.Knowledge of Standards and Compliance FrameworksProcess Analysis and SOP DevelopmentInternal AuditingCross-Departmental CoordinationObservation and Issue ResolutionCompliance Dashboard MaintenanceSecurity Training and AwarenessStrong Organizational and Follow-up SkillsQualifications:Bachelor/Master Degree with 5 years of minimum experienceDeep understanding of ISO9001 & ISO27001Knowledge of HIPPA/GDPRBanking/Software Industry experience is desirable
