Location: Remote Experience Level: Junior-Mid Level (1-5 Years) Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: 9 AM to 6 PM EST What You’ll Do As an Affiliate Manager, you will play a critical role in driving performance for our Lead Generation and Pay-Per-Call campaigns in the US market. Your responsibilities include: • Building Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with affiliates to drive consistent revenue growth. • Affiliate Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates to expand and strengthen our network. • Campaign Strategy & Optimization: Design, execute, and refine affiliate campaigns to achieve maximum performance and ROI. • Performance Analysis: Monitor affiliate activities, analyze performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights to enhance campaign outcomes. • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align campaigns with company objectives and ensure lead quality. • Compliance: Uphold affiliate program policies and maintain adherence to industry standards. What We’re Looking For : • Experience: 3+ years in affiliate marketing with a proven focus on lead generation and pay-per-call campaigns (US market preferred). • Proven Success: A track record of managing and scaling affiliate programs effectively. • Tech Proficiency: Expertise in affiliate tracking platforms like HasOffers , Everflow , or similar tools, and solid knowledge of analytics tools. • Strong Communicator: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Conversational English is mandatory ; conversational Spanish is an added advantage. • Results-Oriented: Self-motivated with a passion for performance marketing and delivering measurable results.
