Job Purpose: - Monitors and responds to threats in operational technology environments, protecting critical infrastructure. This role involves advanced threat analysis, incident escalation, and collaboration with engineering teams to ensure OT system security and compliance. Skills Skilled Set Required: -•OT System - hashtag #Nozomi Administration Hands-on and other similar technologies as per industries best practice. •Nozomi networks certified engineer with Realtime hands on experience in OT / ICS domain in energy industry. •Work with the OT CISO GRC and Respective departments to follow-up for closure of OT open incidents as per agreed SLA. •Periodic review of use cases and closely coordination OT support team in order to validate and implement the same. And ensure the coverage of security monitoring across the OT landscape. •Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK of adversary tactics and techniques based on real-world observations. •Review and reduce the false positives. •Should be capable to analysis of the incidents identified to highlight the critical ones over the other incidents. •Should be experienced enough to work directly with the OT SMEs and department teams to explain the identified issues/ incidents, resolve and escalate. •Reporting Vulnerabilities as per severity and prioritize remediation efforts based on risk analysis. •Collaborate with OT teams to ensure timely application of patches and updates to address vulnerabilities. •Assist in preparing, participating and responding to security audits (external and internal), providing necessary documentation and evidence of compliance. •Should have experience with OT networking devices & their interfaces/connections from OT/ICS such as from DCS/SCADA /RTU to SOC. •Initiate and engage in sharing threat intelligence sharing with industry peers and relevant agencies to stay updated on the latest OT threats. •Should be well versed / familiar with OT / ICS & its related technologies, tools, vendors etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr

We are seeking an <b>Economic Analyst to have the </b>overall responsibility in understanding, developing and maintaining economic and financial models and cost competitive analysis for the low carbon hydrogen (LCH) and derivative markets and businesses.<br />

The role will spearhead and deliver economic insights, build and run economic and financial analysis for the low carbon hydrogen (LCH) business from a product/derivative, regulation, hydrogen carrier, price formation, project and company perspective. The position will also run various sensitivities factoring in different prices, technologies, locations, transport and other relevant and applicable variables. Furthermore, this position will lead and run financial and economic modelling for Aramco low carbon hydrogen/ammonia projects and valuation exercises as part of screening and due diligence exercises for new M&A and investment opportunities.<br />

	<li>Carry out end-to-end project economic assessments across the entire value chain, from feedstocks to various end-markets</li>
	<li>Conduct cost competitiveness and benchmarking of various projects from a feedstock, technology, location and hydrogen carrier perspective</li>
	<li>Provides insights and drives financial and economic assessments and due diligence exercises relating to projects and potential investments, as well as strategic assessments of potential partners and customers</li>
	<li>Assist in establishing and shaping pricing mechanisms and strategies for low carbon hydrogen and ammonia</li>
	<li>Develop and maintain a deep understanding of technologies and processes for LCH/ammonia and alternatives and different LCH carriers</li>
	<li>Developing generic models and carries out landed cost competitive analysis for LCH/ammonia for our target markets and competition, based on locations, feedstock, technology, hydrogen carriers and different price sets</li>
	<li>Develops and runs various financial models for the low carbon hydrogen business, by monitoring and calculating IRR&#39;s, cashflows, NPV&#39;s, cash cost and conducting margin analysis</li>
	<li>Able to understand and develop profit and loss analysis, as well as understand financial statements and gleaning relevant insights when it comes to competitive assessments and benchmarking</li>
	<li>Train and mentoring junior analyst, while keeping abreast with the market, pricing and industry developments within the low carbon hydrogen business</li>

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Analyst to join our Upstream Development function.<br />
<br />
The purpose of the Upstream Development function is helping shape Upstream Aramco&#39;s strategy by identifying industry trends, developing the company mergers and acquisitions (M&A) strategy and implementing its programs, including planning, structuring and execution of acquisitions, equity investments and joint ventures, with the goal of ensuring that the transactions realize expected (or better) strategic and return benefits to the company in the Upstream activities. This position requires bringing insights from upstream/midstream markets, including, but not limited to, LNG, gas processing, storage and distribution.<br />

Your primary role is to conduct M&A transactions throughout the investment lifecycle through supporting, evaluating and executing the acquisitions and divestments identified by the business groups and/or the investment teams. We are seeking an <b>Economic Analyst to have the </b>overall responsibility in understanding, developing and maintaining economic and financial models and cost competitive analysis for the low carbon hydrogen (LCH) and derivative markets and businesses.<br />
<br />
The role will spearhead and deliver economic insights, build and run economic and financial analysis for the low carbon hydrogen (LCH) business from a product/derivative, regulation, hydrogen carrier, price formation, project and company perspective. The position will also run various sensitivities factoring in different prices, technologies, locations, transport and other relevant and applicable variables. Furthermore, this position will lead and run financial and economic modelling for Aramco low carbon hydrogen/ammonia projects and valuation exercises as part of screening and due diligence exercises for new M&A and investment opportunities.<br />
<br />
Ultimately, these activities will provide support in shaping the current and future business strategy, investment decisions, off-take pricing discussions with partners and customers and other relevant business activities<br />

The incumbent will be Aramco&#39;s ultimate economic and financial authority on the low carbon hydrogen/ammonia market, connecting with outside consultants when needed.</p>

<b>Duties & Responsibilities</b></p>

	<li>Develop and maintain a deep understanding of project economics for the low carbon hydrogen value chain and low carbon economy</li>
	<li>Regularly reports and presents to management and applicable teams&#39; relevant economic analysis, impacts and updates based on project configuration changes and other applicable factors</li>
	<li>Carry out end-to-end project economic assessments across the entire value chain, from feedstocks to various end-markets</li>
	<li>Conduct cost competitiveness and benchmarking of various projects from a feedstock, technology, location and hydrogen carrier perspective</li>
	<li>Provides insights and drives financial and economic assessments and due diligence exercises relating to projects and potential investments, as well as strategic assessments of potential partners and customers</li>
	<li>Assist in establishing and shaping pricing mechanisms and strategies for low carbon hydrogen and ammonia</li>
	<li>Develop and maintain a deep understanding of technologies and processes for LCH/ammonia and alternatives and different LCH carriers</li>
	<li>Developing generic models and carries out landed cost competitive analysis for LCH/ammonia for our target markets and competition, based on locations, feedstock, technology, hydrogen carriers and different price sets</li>
	<li>Develops and runs various financial models for the low carbon hydrogen business, by monitoring and calculating IRR&#39;s, cashflows, NPV&#39;s, cash cost and conducting margin analysis</li>
	<li>Able to understand and develop profit and loss analysis, as well as understand financial statements and gleaning relevant insights when it comes to competitive assessments and benchmarking</li>
	<li>Train and mentoring junior analyst, while keeping abreast with the market, pricing and industry developments within the low carbon hydrogen business</li>

	<li>Strong economic and financial modelling skills and use of MS Excel and other related software</li>

	<li>Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills and be willing to transfer implicit knowledge to others</li>
	<li>Substantial background in areas of financial management and economic analysis, commercial law, taxation, investments, banking and forex</li>

We are seeking a Planning & Performance Analyst to handle analytical activities and be responsible for providing:</p>

	<li>Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of the overall performance of the organization</li>
	<li>Creation of the ten-years investment plan, three-year business plan, mid-year and year-end accountability report and quarterly business reviews</li>
	<li>Monthly monitoring of the departments, admin area and service line expenditure, analysis of variance and correction of errors</li>
	<li>Review and consolidation of all performance input (transactions updates, KPIs, narratives, LoIs, risks)</li>

Duties & Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:</p>

	<li>Providing analytical findings & recommendations relating to P&PM tasks such as business plan preparation, performance tracking and measurement, and performance analysis and accountability reporting.</li>
	<li>Conducting special P&PM-related studies such as the development of performance initiatives and business cases, benchmarking, risk management, design and re-design of measurements, processes and workflows, and information system-related changes.</li>
	<li>Providing supervision, coordination and/or facilitation in the execution of regular and special tasks with other P&PM personnel, as well as mentorship on P&PM analytical practice.</li>
	<li>Performing other related staff and analytical duties, as assigned.</li>

<b>Minimum Requirements</b></p>

	<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Business, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.</li>

We are seeking a Data Visualization Analyst to join the Global Analysis Department (GAD), within Strategy & Market Analysis.<br />

The department produces many data set forecasts spanning into many different disciplines such Macroeconomic indicators, supply/demand balances, price forecasts of crude oil, gas, oil products, and chemicals. These sets differ in purpose and time horizon: short term and long term. In order to utilize the big data resides in GAD systems/folders, there is a need for data analytics platform where authorized users from different organizations can access, explore and interact with the data in a meaningful way.<br />

To introduce the data analytics concept GAD has acquired and developed a set of special applications and databases which are maintained within the organization, including Tableau software, a document management system called CPDocs and database/web portal application called E2Data.<br />
