The Opportunity

Our Middle East Team is looking for a Client Relationship Director (CRD) to support our growth in the KSA market to proactively target new client organisations and collaborate with our Operations Team on strengthening partnerships with existing clients, playing a significant role in the continued rapid growth in the region. Key responsibilities

Proactively targets new accounts, generates opportunities, and expands our share of business across regional markets.
Develops high quality proposals and relevant solutions that meet client needs and deadlines.
Leads the negotiation, closing and supports the contracting of new accounts.
Collaborates with support teams to drive the renewal sales process and maximize cross-selling.

The skills & experience we look for

Ideally a graduate in HR, Psychometrics, Psychology or Learning and Development.
Knowledge of the executive education market and L&D needs and solutions.
Knowledge of the regional market and extensive network of key decision maker relationships.
10 years consultative B2B sales experience and success sales track record.
Strong relational skills, influencing skills and presence.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
Of good character and team player.
Passion for learning, both for yourself and, on a bigger scale, for organizations.
