Their team is dedicated to crafting exceptional digital experiences that enhance brand engagement and deliver measurable success. Job Overview: Our client is looking for a talented Web Designer with a passion for creating visually stunning, user-focused websites. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress, with a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of UX/UI principles. They will work closely with developers, project managers, and other designers to bring creative ideas to life, ensuring that each project is both visually appealing and highly functional. Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling and user-friendly websites using Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop
- Build responsive, SEO-optimised websites in WordPress
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure design integrity and functionality
- Translate client requirements into creative, high-converting design solutions
- Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging web technologies
- Implement design revisions and iterations based on client feedback
- Ensure projects meet both design and usability standards
- Proven experience as a Web Designer, ideally within a digital agency
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong experience with WordPress, including customising themes and layouts
- In-depth understanding of responsive design, UX/UI principles, and web standards
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A creative mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with web analytics tools and SEO best practices
