Information about Agilent is available at Key Responsibilities: Shipments: Shipping / Logistics - Arrangements and follow-up on incoming / outgoing shipment, locally and internationally. Documentation – Preparation of Shipping documents, request forms, shipping invoices, customs declaration documentations, etc. Inventory Management: Inventory Management and shipment around the APAC region. Ensure inventory listing for all warehouses is updated and communicated with the team through Microsoft Share Point. Event Management: Manage Marketing activities roll-out for the Singapore Market, working in collaboration with Regional MPM and RMS. Coordinate logistics, such as catering, venue booking, and transportation. Prepare materials and set up for events. Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Handle Purchase Requisitions for Manpower / Marketing activities support purposes. Administration: Point of contact for the APAC Marketing Team. Updating the A. Com website to ensure new webinars and events are included on a weekly basis. Generate monthly expense overview report for Marcom Manager to keep track of the team’s budget allocation and invoicing status. Keep track of the Team’s Blanket POs (BPO) for key projects and work with agencies to ensure invoicing is done on time. Generation of Monthly Budget Report. Update APAC Sharepoint site, including the events calendar on a weekly basis. General Invoicing – raising POs, updating Quick Base (budget tool). Organise team lunches / meetings as required. Organise all logistics for the team. Provide administrative support to APAC Marketing team. Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing workstations (in Singapore) and orientation materials. Handle confidential information with discretion. Administration Support for AVP: Support AVP APAC Field Marketing with any admin related tasks. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management or any other related field. Minimum 3 - 4 years of relevant experience. Experience in handling platforms such as SAP CRM, SAP ARIBA, Microsoft Share Point, ASANA. Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
