Play a key role in ensuring excellent patient and client satisfaction by assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information related to medical services, appointments, billing, and more. Supporting healthcare professionals, and ensuring smooth operations within the medical practice and setting. You will be expected to communicate professionally, handle sensitive information with confidentiality, and provide efficient administrative support to patients, medical staff, and departments. Job Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Answer and address patient inquiries regarding services, procedures, and policies in a professional and compassionate manner.
  • Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments, ensuring accurate data entry into the scheduling system.
  • Process billing information accurately and assist in handling payments or setting up payment plans.
  • Assist with filling out medical forms and ensuring proper documentation is available.
  • Liaise between patients and healthcare providers to ensure effective communication, including relaying patient concerns, appointments, or messages.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and maintaining patient records and documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining the front desk area and office supplies.
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the waiting area and patient exam rooms, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Job Qualifications :
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with patients, medical staff effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive or challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask, remain organized, and manage time effectively in a busy medical office environment.
  • Attention to detail, especially when handling patient data and billing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in medical administration, healthcare, or customer service is a plus.
  • Certification in medical office administration, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required.
