Job Description

  • Ensure secure storage of information in compliance with the CDD process and data privacy regulations.
  • Conduct on-demand CDD screenings for counterparties following a risk-based approach.
  • Assist in the counterparty database review project to ensure data cleanliness.
  • Support data cleansing activities as part of a transformation program, including data validation and accuracy of data matching.
  • Track remediation action items for identified gaps and collaborate with CDD Operations for updates.
  • Maintain and enhance counterparty data integrity in systems in line with CDD policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a point of contact for CDD-related queries within the project team.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and efficiency enhancement of CDD processes across all centers.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or professional certifications such as ACAMS or ICA.
  • 3+ years of experience in CDD, Pre-Qualification, AML, Compliance, Finance, Accounting, or related fields, with a strong background in people management and medium-scale operations.
  • Proactive and dynamic approach, excellent analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and Macros, and strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
