Job Description

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule work to ensure deadlines will be met.
• Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors and design consultants for project execution and ensuring quick problem solving.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. Also assist cost team in accurately developing BoQs.
• Finalize and update OFM schedule and coordinate with Supply-chain Dept. for timely delivery of OFM items.
• Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes.
• Reporting progress (and problems) regularly to Project Management Team and CMC.
• Monitoring and forecasting project costs and taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Liaison and coordination with other IHHN departments for smooth and timely project implementation up to contract closure including working closely with commissioning and operational groups.
• Process Contractors/Suppliers request for payment.
• Ensure implementation of all quality control measures devised for construction execution.
• Work closely with the Maintenance Department targeting for zero defect lists and smooth handling over of the facility to the user.
• Execute assignment given by senior management from time to time.
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
