ASSISTANT MANAGER, FACILITIES

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the building structure and facilities maintenance is carried out according to the master schedule.
• Ensure all licenses and service contracts are renewed in a timely manner according to the master schedule.
• Control and record disposal of approved schedule and general wastes.
• Uphold company and department regulations and ensure compliance by all subordinates.
• Maintain good 5S in the factory compound and surrounding areas.
• Carry out any other duties as directed by the company.

Skills & Knowledge

• Degree or diploma in Engineering or good working knowledge in building structure and facilities maintenance.
• Knowledge and practical experience in ISO environmental management system.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
