Your experience in managing multiple products and their features will be crucial to driving results. Additionally, you’ll work with key BA documentation including BRS, PRD, FSD/FRS, and JIRA User Stories to deliver impactful solutions that align with both business and technical needs.

Being able to read, write, and speak in Mandarin will be a valuable asset for this role.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS: Senior Business Analyst (Requirements):

• Fluent (reading, writing, speaking) in Mandarin and Cantonese are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-Cantonese speaking clients.
• 7+ years of professional experience as Business Analyst (BA) in software development project, with a minimum of 2+ years involving corporate customers.
• Having BA experience in the financial services industry, blockchain Web3, or any custom-made product development on blockchain is highly advantageous.
• 4+ years of software development or transformation project experience with having completed at least 3 full software projects end to end as a BA.
• Strong competence as a BA to ask probing questions and solicit information effectively to document well-defined functional requirement specifications and scope of software project.
• Experience in understanding systems integrations and having the relevant experience in developing functional/business requirements of API is important.
• Strong in functional and systems requirements analysis with an ability to quickly learn new business and technical concepts.
• Strong analytical skills to create reports and offer recommendations.
• The ability to manage multiple projects from beginning to completion is important for all IT Business Analysts.
• Excellent in business writing and communication skills (in English, additional languages are an asset)
• 4+ years of experience in applying Human Cantered Design (HCD) and design thinking, plus having a relevant certification (e.g., in HCD) is highly advantageous
• Experience in working with Confluence and Jira or similar tools.
