As we continue to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Coordinator to streamline the onboarding process and ensure every new hire feels supported and set up for success.What You’ll Do
As an Onboarding Coordinator , you will play a pivotal role in our team by:- Leading the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are informed, prepared, and aligned with their roles.
- Guiding new hires through onboarding tasks, including live training sessions and necessary paperwork.
- Collaborating with the Customer Success Manager to support onboarding for agents and clients, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Providing progress updates to the Team Lead and Recruitment Manager to keep everyone aligned.
- Assisting with client onboarding tasks when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience:
- 1–2 years in Customer Service Onboarding.
- 3–5 years in the BPO Customer Service industry.
- Virtual Assistant experience is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficient in E-Commerce tools like Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, Re , and Freshdesk (Required).
- Knowledge of CRM and project management tools such as HubSpot and Monday.com .
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to coach and engage others effectively.
- Technical Requirements:
- Internet: DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection (20 Mbps minimum).
- Tools: Proficiency in Gmail and Slack.
