TCS is hiring for SuccessFactors Employee Central/Time off Ahmedabad, Chennai, Hyderabad, New Delhi Location Job Title: SuccessFactors Employee Central/Time off Location: Ahmedabad, Chennai, Hyderabad, New Delhi Experience Range: 7 - 11 Years Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have**(Ideally should not be less than 5) Minimum 5 - 8 End-End-To Implementations in EC Hands on experience in EC with Time and Position Management Hands on experience in MDF Objects, Rules, and Workflows Good Knowledge in HR Business Processes and Talent Management Processes Experience in Successfactors Integration with SAP for Payroll and Benefits Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development Understanding of Time Off rules,configuration of Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types and Time Sheets Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management Experience in handling incidents and well versed in error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving. Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvement areas. Knowledge on other modules is an added advantage Experince in Successfactors Integration Center Excellent experience in running Advanced and ad-hoc reports based on the requirements Good-to-Have Knowledge in intelligent Services Knowledge on other modules is an added advantage Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements and support in presales SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role: 1 Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes 2 Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organization 3 Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment. 4 Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors 5 Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks.
