Key Responsibilities:
- One Point of contact (SPOC) and represent Eruditus in front of their assigned Institutes.
- Coordinate and escalate with internal teams for all the queries/issues/escalations raised by the school.
- Maintain touch base and relation with school MDP/LDP/CEP/Etc., Professors, Program Directors, and school staff.
- Seeking and Sharing new program launch updates and PDS closures with school MDP/LDP/CEP/Etc.
- Look for an opportunity to increase business, and inform the internal BD team as per scope and requirements to look into the possibility.
- Analyze and evaluate competitor programs and data
- Graduate in any stream (Masters preferred)
- Candidates with prior experience with Institutes and coordination with professors are preferred.
- Minimum Work 05 years of relevant work experience required.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a fast-paced and adaptive environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and professional
- Experience working for a global company.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills, email writing skills, and active listening.
- Knowledge of program management and development procedures
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Customer-centric approach
- Detail-oriented and efficient
