Location : Remote About the Company :Stader Labs is on a mission to bring sustainable staking yields from digital assets to 1Bn+ users. Stader aims to be the distribution layer of staking while building protocols and products which enhance the security, decentralization, liquidity, governance of some of the major DPoS blockchain networks like Ethereum. Position Overview : The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through social media platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, content creation, and analytics to drive measurable results . Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Developme nt: Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Content Creati on: Create compelling, creative, and engaging content for platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn and others.
- Campaign Manageme nt: Manage and execute social media campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals
- Community Engageme nt: Actively engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online communities to build brand loyalty and awareness.
- Analytics & Reporti ng: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion rates) to optimize campaigns.
- Social Listeni ng: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, new tools, and platforms to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
- Collabora te: Work closely with the marketing, creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels .
- 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar roles.
- Good to have prior Web3 experience.
- Have good knowledge in Meme culture.
- Good to have any prior experience in managing intern handles for web3 projects.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovations
- Experience with brand and content marketing.
