- Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications using the OutSystems platform and agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
- Lead technical discussions and guide other developers in the team.
- Conduct application design reviews and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
- Resolve critical application issues and ensure ongoing maintenance.
- Manage end-to-end application development and continuous enhancements.
- Utilize industry expertise to create long-term value through high-level solutions.
- Proven experience working with the OutSystems platform.
- Knowledge of AWS and cloud technologies.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to adapt flexibly to meet the needs of clients and teams.
- Experience in multicultural projects and environments.
- Knowledge of agile support tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Ability to provide technical guidance and lead teams.
- Flexibility in working across various projects and environments
