About the role:
- You collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze business processes identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes.
- You will conduct assessments develop recommendations and facilitate organizational change.
- Your analytical skills will be used You will also do some project management and you will also work with diverse stakeholders.
- Expertise in Data Analysis tools
- Expertise in Data Visualization tools
- Background in Process Mapping
- Background in Processing Engineering
- Six Sigma Trained (Certification Not Required)
- Okay with being an individual contributor
- At least 5 years of experience in business transformation/process improvement or excellence/continuous improvement in a consulting RPO BPO or Shared Services setup
- Bachelors Degree of any discipline
- Must be willing to work in a fixed night shift schedule
- Must be flexible in terms of work arrangements (On Site Home or Hybrid)
