Our vision is to build a fully circular model for cooling solutions, from design through to the end of product life, harmonized across all lifecycle stages. We focus on both the B2C and B2B segments, especially small businesses that dominate the Indian landscape. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced AI and Data Science professional with hands-on experience working with IoT devices to lead our AI and Data Science team. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in artificial intelligence, data science, and IoT with a strong business acumen to design and implement solutions that address critical business needs. As the AI and Data Science Team Lead, you will spearhead the development of AI-driven insights from IoT data, fostering innovation and delivering measurable business value. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Strategy :

• Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary AI and Data Science team.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive AI and data strategy tailored to IoT-driven data.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI and data initiatives with overall business goals.

• Design and implement AI and machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems leveraging data from IoT devices, addressing use cases such as predictive maintenance, optimization, and real-time analytics.
• Leverage advanced data science techniques for predictive modeling, natural language processing, computer vision, and more.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Develop scalable and robust AI/ML models to enhance IoT-enabled products and services.

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and data science projects, from ideation to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

• Guide the team in selecting and using the right AI and data tools for various projects.
• Work with the data engineering team to build scalable data pipelines and robust data infrastructure.
• Implement best practices for data governance, quality, and security.

• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Provide insights and recommendations to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Build relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry leaders to enhance capabilities.

• Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or related fields. PhD is a plus.
• Experience : 4+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, and data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Technical Skills :
• Expertise in AI tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.) and data science platforms (Databricks, Jupyter, etc.).
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, SQL, and/or other relevant languages.
• Proficient in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.).
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, NLP, and computer vision.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
• Leadership Skills :
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications : Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, or data science are a plus.
