Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst at Singsys Pte Ltd in Lucknow. This position requires a strong understanding of business processes, technical requirements, and effective collaboration to ensure client satisfaction and project success. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of tools and technologies related to mobile application development, web development, application maintenance, digital marketing, and cybersecurity, combined with exceptional communication and analytical skills. The Business Analyst will act as the bridge between our clients and technical teams, ensuring alignment of business needs with technical solutions, preparing comprehensive scope documents, driving lead generation, and maintaining smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
• Understand and translate client objectives across various domains, including iOS/Android app development, eCommerce platforms, CMS-based websites, UI/UX design, cloud solutions, digital marketing strategies, cybersecurity protocols, and custom application development.
• Prepare detailed Scope of Work (SOW) documents, technical specifications, wireframes, and workflows.
• Ensure clarity and alignment between client expectations and technical deliverables.
• Leverage a basic understanding of relevant technologies, such as React Native, Flutter, Laravel, Node.js, Angular, WordPress, Shopify, Magento, AWS, Azure, Firebase, CI/CD pipelines, and basic SEO/SEM tools.
• Apply basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices, including SSL, encryption protocols, and secure authentication mechanisms.
• Facilitate technical discussions with internal teams to ensure feasible solutions.
• Prioritise and manage tasks to meet project timelines while addressing potential roadblocks proactively.
• Identify and nurture leads through multiple channels, including networking, online platforms, and referrals.
• Maintain and track a consistent pipeline of potential business opportunities.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, technical teams, and supervisors to ensure seamless communication.
• Facilitate meetings to address and resolve concerns promptly.
• Take the initiative to identify growth opportunities and recommend innovative solutions.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic understanding of programming languages, frameworks, and cloud platforms.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a software development company is a plus.
