About Role We're seeking a dynamic AI Product Manager to drive innovation in our generative AI products. You'll be at the forefront of AI technology, solving complex customer problems and shaping product strategy. Key Responsibilities
- AI Solution Architecture & Rapid Prototyping
- Analyze customer needs and design cutting-edge generative AI solutions
- Quickly spin out Proofs of Concept (POCs) for new leads engagement
- Collaborate with engineering teams to bring AI products to production
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales teams to support customer meetings and demos
- Work closely with domain experts & engineering teams to implement the proposed AI solutions
- User-Centric Product Development
- Lead iterative development cycles, constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible
- Conduct user testing to gather feedback and validate solutions
- Optimize for accuracy, cost, and speed through continuous iteration
- Gradually build robust products from successful POCs
- Strategic Leadership & Innovation
- Develop AI product roadmaps aligned with client goals and market trends
- Stay ahead of the curve in generative AI advancements
- Identify high-impact improvements and rapidly test new approaches
- Design intuitive user experiences that showcase the power of AI
- AI Evangelism
- Champion AI adoption, driving efficiency across the organization
- Translate complex AI concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Passion for AI and its potential to transform industries
- 6+ years in product management, with hands-on AI/ML experience
- Strong technical background (CS, AI, or related field) with the basic code literacy
- Previous hands-on coding experience preferred
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences
