This role will involve crafting and executing impactful marketing strategies to drive program visibility, enrollment, and brand strength. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans (digital, content, PR, events, partnerships) to drive growth and visibility.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Collaboration: Work with product, sales, and creative teams to enhance program offerings, positioning, and promotional strategies.

• Education: MBA or equivalent degree from a top-tier business school.
• Experience: 4+ years in brand management and marketing, with a focus on driving growth and program visibility.
