What You Will Do: Client Advisory:Provide strategic and technical tax advice tailored to individual client needs, ensuring compliance and maximization of tax efficiencies. Tax Compliance:Review and ensure client tax compliance needs are met on time and in ful Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, leading meetings to discuss their personal tax affairs and ensuring clarity in communication. Team Leadership:Mentor and develop junior staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team. Business Development:Generate new business opportunities by leveraging existing relationships and enhancing the firms reputation in the market. Financial Oversight:Monitor chargeable hours, billing processes, and financial performance metrics, ensuring adherence to departmental KPIs. Who You Are: Qualifications:Degree educated with professional CTA qualifications Experience:A minimum of 8 years experience within a professional services firm, demonstrating expertise in complex client scenarios.
