What the role is: To be responsible for the quality assurance of MOH strategic pharmaceutical supplies in support of all emergencies. To be responsible in ensuring MOH appointed logistics service providers can execute delivery of MOH stores upon activation. To be responsible for the procurement, product life cycle management and stockpiling of strategic pharmaceutical supplies. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time. What you will be working on: Quality Assurance and Readiness of manufacturers, logistics service providers and Public Healthcare institutions dealing with therapeutic products and medical supplies. This may include, but not limited to: Conduct scheduled audits to ensure products are managed in compliance to the contractual and regulatory requirements, such as Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMDS). Perform stock inspections as part of product life cycle management (e.g. during receipt of stores, disposal of stores). Management and resolution of user feedback relating to quality of supplies. Work with service providers, supply management and logistic operational teams on product recalls/defects to ensure minimal disruption to operational requirements. Perform procurement and inventory management of MOH strategic stockpiles. What we are looking for: Tertiary education; preferably in Pharmacy. Minimum 2 years of managerial experience with supervisory responsibilities. Working experience in audit of supply chain for regulated products with knowledge of distribution management, medical product management and contingency operations is preferred. Experience in pharmaceutical-related audits or projects will be an advantage. Working experience in procurement, product life cycle management, vendor management of therapeutic products is preferred. Good interpersonal, verbal, written and facilitation skills. Having experience in risk management, negotiation and working with different work cultures will be an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Bower BI, Tableau) preferred. Enjoy planning and applying analytical reasoning. Able to conceptualise ideas, structure, categorise information and reflect these in writing. Organised and able to multi-task. Meticulous, with an eye for detail. Mature, independent and resourceful. Able and willing to work on weekends and after office hours if needed. Enjoy problem solving.
